When you need to make a new purchase, renew, or cancel a service, please follow these steps:

  1. New Purchase: Select your desired product on the homepage, enter your username and email to place an order, and complete the payment. Go to the top-right corner and click on "Personal Center" to view your activated products. Click into the product details to copy or import your subscription with ease.

  2. Renewal: Our system generates invoices automatically 10 days before your service expires. To avoid confusion, click on the service you wish to renew in the "Personal Center". You will find a "Pending Payment" button at the top. Use it to pay your renewal invoice.

  3. Cancellation: To maintain service integrity, please refrain from canceling services manually. Simply allow them to expire naturally if you do not wish to renew.

  4. Traffic Reset: Currently, we do not support resetting traffic for existing plans. If you have exhausted your traffic limit, consider purchasing a new plan. Our site supports multiple subscriptions concurrently.
